The price for each Course is as listed on our website. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your Course enrollment at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final, and fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other methods as indicated on our website. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and other charges.
Some Courses or Services may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same term as the original subscription unless you cancel before the renewal date.
TradeCraft Academy and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights therein. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of Canada or the courts of the Province of Saskatchewan, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
No waiver by TradeCraft Academy of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of TradeCraft Academy to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and TradeCraft Academy with respect to the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Services.
