We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. For complex questions that require consultation with our instructors or technical team, it may take up to 48 hours to provide a comprehensive answer.

Yes, we offer a free 15-minute consultation call with one of our course advisors to discuss your trading goals and help determine which course is right for you. Please select "Course Inquiry" in the contact form subject line and mention that you'd like to schedule a call.

While our primary courses are delivered online, we do offer periodic in-person workshops in select cities. For information about upcoming workshops or to inquire about private group training, please contact us with the subject "Workshop Inquiry."
